For discharge planners and care managers

If you have a patient who cannot be discharged because there is no responsible adult to take them home, call me directly. I can usually confirm within the hour whether I'm available, and I will tell you plainly if I'm not.

I am a non-clinical companion service. I do not perform nursing tasks, administer medication, or provide hands-on personal care — and I will not be talked into any of it on site. If that boundary is useful to you, it's the reason I'm worth calling.
